A water conveyance route of approximately 1.9 km has been established from the Tsuchida Shimosen headworks, which takes water from the Nagase River, to the power station. Utilizing a drop of about 43.03 m, two turbines are operated using a maximum of 3.75 m³/s of water taken from the irrigation water.
